Even when the internal support structures within an organisation are healthy and effective, it can often be helpful to talk-through and think about issues and concerns with someone who has distance from day-to-day involvement and is independent of line management.

I can facilitate reflective spaces, such as individual or group supervision, and child-focused discussion groups, for those who have a role with children and young people, including social workers, teachers, residential care staff, foster carers and other professionals.

These services can be provided on a one-off or ongoing basis, and supervisees or participants can discuss general issues or focus on a particular child/family or team dynamic. My approach is relational and trauma informed.
